Cliff Cooper managing director and investment adviser
 Having joined the holding company from the Sedgwick Group in the mid 1980s, Cliff finally acquired the business in 1992. As managing director, he is proud of the progress the team has made over the years and the quality of all staff. Cliff is a senior adviser, mainly specialising in tax efficient lump sum investment and general financial planning for private and corporate clients. As with all staff, he undertakes continual professional development (CPD) each year to ensure his professional knowledge of the financial services industry is maintained and kept up to date.
Andrew Potter DipPFS director of pensions
 Andrew has been a senior IFA since 1996 specialising in all aspects of pension planning. Andrew was originally with Scottish Widows Group where he developed his initial passion for pensions and in his words “the essential role pensions play in everyone’s life”. He holds the Diploma in Financial Planning along with other relevant qualifications. As with all our advisers he too maintains a continual professional development programme to ensure he is up to date with changes within the financial services sector. Andrew is also studying towards the highest qualifications in financial services to become a Chartered Financial Planner.
Anthony Collins senior mortgage adviser
 As a senior mortgage adviser for over 20 years, Anthony Collins combines considerable experience with a wealth of relevant qualifications. These include the 3 Financial Planning Certificates, the Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP), Certificate in Regulated Customer Care (CeRCC), Advanced Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (Adv CeMAP) together with the Lifetime Mortgage and Home Reversion certificates. Anthony specialises in Lifetime Mortgages (Equity Release) for the over 60s, whilst also advising on residential mortgages, remortgages and buy-to-let mortgages.
Tom Beckett Senior Investment Adviser
 Tom joined SFS in 2004 from Ernst & Young. Specialising in advising high net worth individuals, Tom brings to the team a wealth of experience on investment, inheritance tax and care fee planning. Currently progressing towards Chartered status, Tom also holds the CF8 ‘Long Term Care’ qualification, required when advising on long term care issues.
Tom is a ‘media’ IFA and a regular contributor to BBC radio and national press.
